Terms of Service

These terms apply to lotusarts.net: our public portfolio, job application forms, and the team dashboard. By using the site you agree to them. If you sign in with Roblox, Roblox's own terms also continue to apply to your Roblox account.

Applications must be truthful and your own work. Submitting an application does not create an employment or contracting relationship - it is an expression of interest that we may accept or decline at our discretion, with or without a stated reason.

One application per person per opening. Applying on someone else's behalf, or with someone else's Roblox account, is not allowed.

Don't upload unlawful, infringing or abusive content; don't attempt to access accounts, data or dashboard areas that aren't yours; don't scrape, spam or disrupt the service. We may remove content or restrict access for violations.

You keep ownership of what you submit (answers, images, portfolio links). You grant us permission to store and view it for the purpose of reviewing your application. See the Privacy Policy for how it is stored and when it is deleted.

The Lotus Arts name, logo, games, artwork and site content belong to us or our licensors and may not be reused without permission. Live statistics shown on the portfolio are indicative and provided without warranty.

The site is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
