Privacy Policy

Lotus Arts ("we", "us") is a Roblox game studio. This site (lotusarts.net) hosts our public portfolio, our job application forms, and an internal team dashboard.

Roblox sign-in. When you sign in, Roblox shares your Roblox user ID, username and display name with us via OAuth. We never see your Roblox password.

Job applications. If you apply for an opening we store your answers, including any images you choose to upload, together with your Roblox identity.

Discord (optional). Some openings let you link your Discord account so application decisions can reach you by direct message. We store your Discord user ID and username only after you explicitly link it.

Cookies. We set a session cookie so you stay signed in, plus short-lived cookies during the sign-in flow. No advertising or third-party analytics cookies.

Only to run the site: reviewing job applications, contacting applicants about their application, and operating the team dashboard. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties beyond the service providers below.

Data is stored with Supabase in the European Union (Ireland). Application images live in private storage only accessible to the applicant and the reviewing team via expiring links.

Applications (including uploaded images) are deleted when the opening they belong to is deleted or expires. You can also ask us to remove your data at any time.

You can request a copy of the data we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing lotus@lotusarts.net. If you are in the EU/EEA or UK you additionally have the rights set out in the GDPR, including complaint to your supervisory authority.

If this policy changes, the date above changes with it. Material changes will be noted on this page.
